Updates for the Deli Diva and Dude

It’s been awhile since I posted. We have been very busy. The new tenants are in with their restaurant and Rob has been traveling back and forth working on his sculptures up north. He has also been busy with his blacksmith metal arts classes which he now offers every day. The holidays are coming and a class in this wonderful technique would be a great gift for your artistic friends and family. You can check out his website @

I have been working on my art and my writing. I’ve picked up some new clients I write for; one is a large restaurant consultant firm in NYC another is a large RV manufacturer and I am hoping he will let us try out some of the new ones in the future 🙂

But I need some of my wonderful pastrami customers input. I am thinking of marketing my secret pastrami spice rub along with a recipe of how you can re-create the same wonderful tasting pastrami right in your own home!

Would you want to buy this? If so, how much would you be willing to pay for 8oz of the rub (enough for at least 30 lbs of meat) and the secret cooking technique? Let me know either by commenting here or contact me over @ The Deli Diva on facebook.

Hope all is going well for all of you and stop by to say ‘Hi” when you are in the neighborhood. We are hoping the new tenants will be blessed with the same great success with their restaurant that we enjoyed for almost five years with our Deli Diva.

I would definitely buy it. Price wouldn’t really be a consideration. Ask and we shall buy!
