Limoncello Mascarpone Cake Today!

Today, let’s talk dessert! After celebrating the Irish half of my heritage all weekend, I decided it’s time to get back to the Italian side and pulled out an old family recipe of this Italian version of Lemon cake.

Limoncello is an Italian lemon flavored liquor and mascarpone is Italian cream cheese. Together, they make this heavenly cake that will blow away any plain, old lemon cake you’ve ever had!

Try a slice for just $2.75! limencello mascarpone cake

Today’s soup is a chicken noodle.
