Our special sandwich today is our version of the cheesesteak. I take thinly sliced roast beef and simmer it in my special blend of spices until it’s soft and tender. Then I pile it on a flatbread, smother it in a cheddar cheese sauce and top it off with mild banana peppers! Of course we always have our pastrami and chicken salad and oven roasted turkey along with our yummy Greek salad, potato salad and sweets.
