Monday Treats @ The Deli Diva

Here we go again with the start of another week. (Happy Valentine’s Day too!)Nobody likes Mondays. It’s such a drudge to get back to work after a nice, relaxing or exciting weekend, but we all have to do it because we all have to EAT!

So stop by today for somePierogi soup. I saute the pierogi and chopped onions in butter, then make a creamy broth with corn and peas. Then I add the pierogi and even more cheese. If you love pierogi, you’ll l0ve this soup! Or try our hot Cuban sandwiches or grilled Cheddar, Turkey and Apple sandwiches, hot pastrami and….my decadent chocolate chunk brownies. I have them in the oven right now so I haven’t yet decided what to do with them…shall I add Nutella? Frosting? a surprise center between two brownie layers? Stop by to find out what I decide to do with them!

And, since it’s Valentine’s Day, I made an extra dessert. This one is for all the Sweet and Hot lovers out there! It’s my Cinnamon Chipotle Chocolate Mousse with shavings of white chocolate on top!
