Guadalajara Soup Today

I just love saying that name…Guadalajara! I seem to remember it in a song from long ago too. I made a loose interpretation of thepopular  Mexican Guadalajara soup by adding my own spin to it. It’s really a very tasty beef and tomato base with cured sausage and black eye peas. Stop by for a free sample taste…I think you’ll like it!

As always, we’ve got our delicious signature meat…HOT PASTRAMI!
