Eggplant Parmesan Today!

 Today we’re serving eggplant parmesan! Come get it while it lasts…it’s delicious!

We also have a yummy Pierogi Cream Soup. Pierogies are wonderful, large pasta dumplings filled with cheddar cheese and potatoes. I’ve taken these delicious puffs of goodness and cooked them in a rich, cream base and came up with a luscious soup!

I made more of those decadent white chocolate covered macaroons, so stop by for your sweets fix!
