Ready to Start the Week?

Another Monday morning has creeped up on us. Hope everyone remembered to “fall back” an hour. It’s nice to see the sun come up earlier, but I hate it getting dark so early in the day this time of year.   I’m glad none of us had this guy’s job setting the clocks back!

****Don’t forget to get your Thanksgiving-To-Go” orders in by Friday, November 19th. All Thanksgiving menu items and prices are on the “Thanksgiving-To-Go Menu” page link at the top of this page.****

It’s a southern thing and even though we’re from New York, we love it and many of our customers do too…Country Sausage Biscuits and Gravy! Come and get yours today! Try one of our “Biscuit Bowls” for just $1.50.

On a chilly day like today, how about a nice hot bowl of soup with a “grown-up” version of a grilled cheese sandwich? We’ve got our French Country Chicken Soup to go with any sandwich of your choice,  but why not keep it all “French” and go for the Grilled Brie with Sliced Apples? When that nutty flavored brie melts on the sandwich and the sliced apples get that heat on them, it’s heavenly!

How about a little something sweet? This one will leave you breathless…Diva’s Decadent Double Decker Triple Chocolate Brownie! That’s a mouthful to say, but an even better mouthful to eat! I make a rich cocoa brownie, loaded with milk chocolate chunks, then fill it and ice it with my rich, fudge topping. It’s stacked two brownies high with the layers of fudge holding it all together. OMG!  They’re in the oven right now, so I don’t have a picture to show you. I guess you’ll just have to come on over and see them! 🙂

We’re ready for lunch, are you?
