Thanks for Noticing!

First, my apologies for not updating the blog yesterday, but also I want to say to the several customers who let me know about it! It’s nice to know that somebody is reading these posts and noticing!

A shout out to JJ…thanks for the “heads up” on the basil. The Dude got out there and gave the whole garden a good drink!

Ok, so we all made it through another week and got here to Friday. That means it’s BROCCOLI-CHEDDAR SOUP DAY! I made an extra tasty batch today so come on over for yours before it’s all gone!

You can tell we’re starting to get more into the fall season as our catering orders have really picked up. Lots of football parties going on already. We do hot foods as well as our great sandwiches, salads and desserts, so be sure to ask us if you are looking for some great food for your events.

And, speaking of events, we hope to see many of you Tampa Bay Rays fans out at the SPCA shelter tomorrow, Sat. 9/18 starting at 11am.  Grant Balfour, pitcher with the Rays,  will be on hand to take pictures and sign autographs, and of course The Deli Diva and Dude will be out there whipping up some great sandwiches, brownies, drinks and even dog treats, so bring your four-legged family members too! This is our 13 year old Border Collie, Tucker, who thinks he’s still a puppy! He looks pretty good for an old man, if I say so myself!

Come on over and celebrate another Friday with us and see you out at the SPCA tomorrow!
