Terrific Tuesday @ The Deli Diva

Well it seems our “Pastrami Army” was out in full force yesterday, coming in and eating every last slice of pastrami in the place! Thank you! We love when that happens! 🙂  Smoked a few more briskets last night and they should be steamed perfectly and waiting for you at lunch!

We also ran out of our out of this world Honey & Cream Filled Cashew Nut Sandwich Cookies. Whew! That’s a mouthful…and so is the cookie. But, we anticipated that these would be very popular so we made another batch of batter and will be baking more of these cookies fresh each morning!

So what’s the soup of the day? How about our Turkey Curry! A nice, rich curry spice and turkey soup. Remember, curry is the spice and isn’t hot on it’s own. Most places add many other spices to make it so hot you really can’t taste the wonderful flavors of the curry, but not here. Our curry is the mildest around, so come and let us give you a sample…you’ll be a “Curry Convert”.

Our special sandwich today is the QUEEN DIVA. Genoa Salami, Prosciutto, freshly shaved Parmesan and artichoke hearts drizzled with vinaigrette. Usually $6.25, today only $5.75
