Back to the work week grind. I know some of you have today off for President’s Day, but others of us still are holding down the fort. Whether you are working or have the day off, today is a great day for soup! To take the chill out of your bones, I’m making three soups for you today.
If you’re in the mood for something beefy, I’m making the very popular PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SOUP. Those of you who had it the last time I made it seemed to like it so much, I decided to make it again this week.
Last, but certainly not least, I’m getting prepared for our Irish holiday next month…St Patrick’s Day…so how about some IRISH BEER CHEDDAR SOUP? This is a delicious blend of BEER!, potatoes, onions, BEER! a creamy beefy base, BEER!, cheddar cheese and BEER! Ok, I think you get the point…it’s got beer in it! As it’s cooking right now I can smell the hint of tha lager beer mellowing on the stove. It is a delicious soup. I know it seem strange, but come on in and try one of our samples of it…I really think you’ll like it!

Butterscotch Dipped Brownie Bites…I take our popular brownie bites and completely dip them in a heavenly ooey, gooey butterscotch toffee coating. 2/$1
Or, how about and some chewy Walnut Toffee Bars? On top of a melt in your mouth crust, sits chunks of walnuts in a honey, brown sugar coating. When you bite into them you get the crunch of the nuts and then the flakiness of the crust. YUM! $2
