Oink! It’s a Pork Kind of Wednesday!

Ok, I got on this pork kick today and made three dishes that are all about pork!

Let’s start with the soups: How about Curry Pork Soup or Sausage Apple Soup? Give them a try…they’re really good!

Now for our pork special sandwich: Roasted Pork, Peppers and Provolone Panini. We take our roasted pork, slice it very thin and then pile it high on sourdough and top it with provolone cheese and flame roasted red bell peppers and finally we press it in the panini machine. YUM! $6.25.

After a nice cup of soup and a warm sandwich, how about something sweet? We’ve got cheesecake $3.95, vanilla coconut cupcakes $3 and dainty brownie bites 60 cents each or 2/$1.00!

Come on over to The Deli Diva…we’re waiting for you!
