Happy “Over the Hump” Day! We’re halfway to the weekend! Treat yourself to lunch at The Deli Diva today.

Our homemade soup of the day is: Cream of Mushroom.

We have all our wonderful sandwiches, including our very own hand made pastrami. Many of you missed the desserts last week, so I have a nice, big batch of brownies today. These came out so nice and moist and chewy that you deserve to treat yourself to one!

Well, we made it through another work week and it will officially be the weekend in just a few more hours. Hope everyone has a great one planned. We’ve been so lucky to have such a mild winter with some great weather for so many outdoor activities.

We hope to see many of you for lunch today as I’m busy getting all those yummy foods ready to serve you. It’s been so nice out on the patios these past few days, so be sure to think of us when your tummy starts to growl at you!

Hope everyone had a great weekend, even with the chill in the air. I like the cool weather. It’s such a nice break from what we have the other 9 or 10 months each year!

Today we have a nice Cajun Andouille Sausage Soup. Andouille sausage is a smoked sausage similar to Kielbasa but with just a tiny bit more spice. It makes a delicious soup, or as they would call it in New Orleans, a gumbo.
