Well, we made it through another work week and it will officially be the weekend in just a few more hours. Hope everyone has a great one planned. We’ve been so lucky to have such a mild winter with some great weather for so many outdoor activities.

that hard working energizer bunny who knocks herself out to put on our great First Fridays. We all know what an asset she is and guess what…the City of Largo has recognized that as well!
Tonight at the 6pm Commission meeting at City Hall she will be awarded for all her efforts. Come on out and show your support and thanks to her and then stop back at O’Shy’s for a celebration drink! See you there!
Hope everyone had a great weekend, even with the chill in the air. I like the cool weather. It’s such a nice break from what we have the other 9 or 10 months each year! 
Today we have a nice Cajun Andouille Sausage Soup. Andouille sausage is a smoked sausage similar to Kielbasa but with just a tiny bit more spice. It makes a delicious soup, or as they would call it in New Orleans, a gumbo.
