It’s been awhile since I posted. We have been very busy. The new tenants are in with their restaurant and Rob has been traveling back and forth working on his sculptures up north. He has also been busy with his blacksmith metal arts classes which he now offers every day. I have been working on my art and my writing. I’ve picked up some new clients I write for; one is a large restaurant consultant firm in NYC another is a large RV manufacturer and I am hoping he will let us try out some of the new ones in the future :)
But I need some of my wonderful pastrami customers input. I am thinking of marketing my secret pastrami spice rub along with a recipe of how you can re-create the same wonderful tasting pastrami right in your own home!
